In seconds

The moment a new contact enters your HubSpot CRM, Scovik receives the event automatically via webhook — no polling, no delay.

Our AI analyses 45+ contact properties — job title, company size, email domain, engagement history — and reasons like a senior salesperson who knows your ICP. Not a points calculator. A judgment call.

A prioritised alert fires in your Slack within seconds. HOT, WARM, or LOW PRIORITY — with an AI insight, suggested next step, and a direct HubSpot link. Your team acts fast, not after a pipeline review.

Why I built Scovik

I'm Rajakumar. For years I watched sales teams lose deals they should have won — not because the product was worse, not because the price was wrong, but because they responded 36 hours too late.

HubSpot has great data. Slack is where sales teams actually work. But nothing connected the two with real intelligence — just noise, or enterprise tools at $50K+/year.

So I built Scovik. AI that scores like your best sales rep, alerts that arrive where your team already lives, and pricing that doesn't require a RevOps team to justify.

Built for B2B sales teams of 2-20 reps on HubSpot.

If you're inbound-heavy, losing deals to slow response, and tired of HubSpot's native scoring not working until you have 1,000+ contacts — Scovik is for you.

One extra deal per quarter pays for Scovik for 3 years.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before getting started

What data does Scovik access from HubSpot?

Scovik reads new contact data when it's created — name, email, company, job title, and engagement properties. It never modifies your HubSpot data and never stores raw contact records beyond what's needed for scoring.

Will it spam my Slack channel?

No. Scovik only sends alerts for contacts that cross your score threshold (default: 50/100). Most new contacts don't trigger an alert — only genuinely interesting leads do.

Does it work for B2C businesses, not just B2B?

Yes. During onboarding you specify whether your business is B2B, B2C, or both. The AI adjusts its scoring criteria accordingly — B2C leads are scored on engagement signals, not job titles or company size.

How is this different from HubSpot's built-in lead scoring?

HubSpot's scoring is rule-based — you define the points, it adds them up. Scovik reasons contextually, like a salesperson reading a lead's story. It considers the combination of signals, not just their individual counts.

Who is Scovik actually for?

Scovik is built for B2B sales teams between 2 and 20 reps using HubSpot as their primary CRM. If you're doing less than ~20 inbound leads a month, or you're on Salesforce only, Scovik probably isn't the right fit yet. If you're a 50+ rep team with a dedicated RevOps function, you likely want the enterprise tier (not public yet — email hello@scovik.com).

Is my CRM data safe?

Scovik connects via official HubSpot OAuth — the same auth flow HubSpot's own partner apps use. We only read contact data when a new contact is created; we don't modify your HubSpot records. We don't store raw contact data beyond what's needed to generate the score and reasoning (name, title, company, engagement summary). You can revoke access from HubSpot's integrations panel in one click.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Every alert has a thumbs-down button. That feedback feeds into the scoring prompts, so accuracy improves over time for your specific ICP. In internal testing, we target 85%+ accuracy with explicit confidence scores on every alert — so you always know whether Scovik is sure or guessing.

What do I actually get as a design partner?

Free access forever (no "beta then we'll charge you" trap), lifetime pricing lock for any paid features we add, direct Slack/email access to the founder for roadmap input, and first access to new integrations (Salesforce, Gmail, Teams) as they ship. In exchange, we ask for honest feedback and — if Scovik helps you — a short testimonial we can use publicly.
